Do you need a visit to provide a quote?

Whilst we can provide an idea of our costs over the phone, we always prefer to visit your property or premises in order to provide an accurate quotation & understand the environment we will be working in. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service & as such we like to build a personal relationship - something which are existing customers tell is a very important part of our service.

What cleaning products and equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment that are safe for both our clients and the environment.

Our cleaning products are effective in removing dirt, grime, and stains while being gentle on surfaces and minimizing the risk of allergic reactions or respiratory irritations.

We continually research and update our cleaning tools and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our cleaning processes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Regular cleaning customers are usually invoiced monthly and can choose to pay by BACS or Variable Direct Debit. For one-off or new customers we will may require pre-payment by BACS or Credit Card (all major cards/contactless accepted).

What are your business hours?

Our normal office ours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, however we do sometimes work outside of those hours. If you require cleaning outside of office hours or at weekends, we will provide alternate contact details to ensure you can contact us when needed.
